Which should I use?  Magnesium Oil, Magnesium Gel, or Magnesium Baths?

Why topical ?

Magnesium gel massages and muscle spasms

I have been massaging five of my clients up to three times a week with the Ancient Mineral Magnesium Gel for a month now. I found the oil is a little too potent for direct massage on many elderly clients with thin skin especially in light of thinners, etc. The magnesium gel is much better received.
