Many studies have shown that supplementing Vitamin C reduces the incidence, severity and duration of colds.

 

Nutrition Facts & Diet Advice for Colds and Flu

To prevent succumbing in the first place, or even if you have already, eat a clean healthy diet full of fresh vegetables and fruit, organic brown rice and linseeds (flaxseed). 

Drink at least 1½ litres of clean water per day. 

Avoid dairy produce, excess wheat, excess meat and too many eggs. 

Avoid all sugar and refined foods. 

Drink Cat’s Claw tea several times per day for the immune system.
