A diet high in complex carbohydrates and low in refined carbohydrates and fats is very important. You will, however, still need fats in the form of Omega 3 and Omega 6 (flaxseed, fish oil and evening primrose oil) as these not only melt the hard fats, but are also anti-inflammatory. Drink 2 litres of spring or filtered water every day. Avoid coffee, tea, soft drinks, sugar, excess alcohol and fried foods.
