Directions for use of Bioforce A.Vogel Linoforce Granules:
• Take 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) as required sprinkled over your breakfast cereal or take with 200ml water
• If required take a further 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) in the evening with 200ml water

Bioforce A.Vogel Linoforce Granules, Linseed can be used regularly as a food. Linoforce is made entirely from natural and herbal ingredients. The linseed is coated with Senna and Frangula, giving granules which can be taken internally. Linseed is also known as flax seed, which is known to be high in the beneficial omega-3 oils.

How Linoforce granules work:

It is the action of its mucilage which gives Linseed its unique property. In the presence of water, mucilage has the ability to swell, increasing its volume considerably. This bulking ability can be extremely beneficial to the digestive tract when bowel action is slow or lazy. The bulking action relies on water, and therefore Linseed should be taken with plenty of fluid, preferably water.

The beneficial oils present in Linseed also have a lubricant effect, supporting the bulking action of mucilage.
