Why was Living Multi^® reformulated?

Garden of Life are committed to bringing you the best in whole food nutritional supplements. In order to do this, they constantly research new ingredients and review the latest scientific literature to ensure their products provide optimal benefit.

The previous formulation contained 62 whole food ingredients and the new upgraded formula has 76. They've added new ingredients such as sprouted nutrients, which are sprouted for 3 days so they are rich in enzymes and nutrients. They've also added 4 new ingredients to the Antioxidant Beverage & Spice blend.

The caplets now contain a more concentrated nutrient content which makes them smaller and much easier to swallow.
