Pepogest formula provides fennel seed oil as well as the essential oil of peppermint. Unlike most peppermint capsules or tablets Pepogest capsules are specially coated to delay release of the oils until they reach the lower gut, where they help maintain a comfortable digestive process throughout the bowel or colon.

One capsule of Pepogest provides:

180mg Peppermint leaf oil, 8mg Fennel seed oil, 62mg Sunflower oil.

Suggested intake:

Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before or between meals.
