During normal metabolism any excess homocysteine derived from the breakdown of the amino acid methionine is eliminated with the help of certain nutrient co-factors including B6, B12 and Folic Acid. These nutrient co-factors are therefore essential for correct methionine metabolism.

Features

Folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 are all required in the remethylation of homocysteine.
Magnesium citrate is a well absorbed form of magnesium. Magnesium is required as a co-factor in the metabolism of homocysteine.
