Suggested Uses: As a health aid, add 3 teaspoons to a litre of water, shake well, wait six minutes, shake again and drink throughout the day. Swilled around mouth for dental and gum support. Spray into nose or throat. Add to animals' water (it is tasteless), or put into their mouth with a dropper. Add to goldfish aquarium. Apply topically to cuts, scrapes, warts, open sores, eczema, acne, mosquito bites, etc. Add to douches and colonic enemas. For plants with bacterial, fungal or viral problems add to water at the base of the plant or spray diluted with water.
