PreMenstrual Complex provides nutrients that work together to help maintain balanced hormones and healthy glucose metabolism in the days leading up to menstruation.

Starflower Oil and True Food® Natural Vitamin E are also recommended.

Not advisable if pregnant or taking warfarin.

Suggested intake:

Take 1 capsule 4 times a day, for the 14 days before the start of menstruation.

Four capsules typically provide:

80mg American Ginseng root, 100mg Fennel seed, 240mg Dandelion root, 160mg Hops flower, 100mg Magnesium, 200mg Vitamin C, 60mg Vitamin B6, 100mg Bromelain, 40mg Niacin, 12mg Zinc, 120µg Biotin, 16mg Iron,

200µg Chromium, 100µg Vitamin B12.

No added:
