Nutramedix Avea is an extract from Turmeric (Curcuma longa). Turmeric is a well known spice that is commonly used not just in Indian cooking but also in Ayurvedic medicine. It is traditionally prescribed for many conditions. In particular, Turmeric may improve circulation and also help to maintain supple joints.

The most important known active constituent in Turmeric is known as Curcumin. It has been shown to have a wide range of beneficial actions - and may protect against free radical damage because it is a powerful antioxidant. Nutramedix Avea may also have a positive effect on mood.

Usage

Put 5 -10 drops in a glass and add 120ml (4oz) of water, then wait one minute before drinking. Take 3 times per day or as recommended by your practitioner.
