toxicity in and around us can lower our immune defences. To raise them again we need vitamin C and all antioxidants, probiotics
such as lactobacillus acidophilus, the herbs echinacea and cat’s claw and
possibly anti-fungals such as garlic and capryllic acid (see candidiasis). Avoid excessive stress if possible and get plenty of rest and fresh air.
